    3. NCCA Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Programs.
     
    IPSCMI has an exclusive license from the American Purchasing Society (APS) to offer its Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) and Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) certification programs outside the US. IPSCMI certifications are issued and recognized not only in the US and China but also in other countries in the Far East, Europe, and the Middle East. Value provided in IPSCMI training and certification programs is higher than competitors because of higher quality and lower prices.
     
    At the same time, IPSCMI established alliance partner relationships with more than 50 distinguished organizations worldwide. These organizations are, in addition, esteemed and valuable alliance partners of the IPSCMI.
     
    The president Leroy Graw of IPSCMI is the published author of several purchasing and supply management textbooks and is a famous international trainer and consultant.  Mr. Graw also holds a Master’s in Business (MBA) and a Doctorate in education and has thirty-seven-years of teaching experience in both public and private sectors; at the same time, other IPSCMI American instructors generally hold doctorates, and most from prestigious American and foreign universities. IPSCMI instructors have experience teaching non-English students and know their learning styles. In addition, all these instructors are certified in the discipline they teach.
     
    IPSCMI “native”/local instructors are likewise highly degreed PURCHASING AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PRACTITIONERS who can teach the discipline in the local language without the need for interpretation.     IPSCMI certification examinations are all in English with local language “subtitles”. IPSCMI certification examinations are unique in this respect inasmuch as most other organizations do not “go this extra mile” in providing such examinations. Most other organizations test their candidates only in English.
