With over 15 years of experience, he offers both an academic and practical approach to Management, Engineering, R&D and HR through his experience as Technical Manager, R&D Manager and HR Manager at leading industry companies and as an Educator, Trainer, and Consultant.

 

Dr.Eng. Mohamed Kafafy is the President of HRMI www.HRMI.org as well as Country Director and Consultant of: American Certification Institute (ACI), UK Commission for Consistent Learning (UKCCL) and International Institute for R&D (IIRD).

• Developed manual washing machine has a capacity 5kg. It's the first manual washing machine (5kg) produced and distributed, under brand name-IDEAL.
• Designed manual washing machine has a capacity 1.5kg. It's the first manual washing machine (1.5kg capacity) produced in national & international markets has multi options and features. It's now available in the market under brand name, IDEAL
• Collaborated with American Engineers (PAC Co.) to developed and produced the first beverage Can (2 pieces type) in Egypt at ECANCO.
• Optimized several Condensers and Evaporators of household Refrigerators
• Productivity, Quality Improvements, and Cost minimization Projects were achieved at several industrial companies.
