As a Certified International Professional Management Executive (CIPME), with more than 30 years of experience in training and consulting, she has delivered approximately 400 public and on-site seminars for Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. and has helped organizations improve performance in problem solving and decision making, project management, and performance management. During her tenure with CATTAN, she has specialized in learning design and course development, promotion and advertising, scheduling, and maintaining outstanding service to our clients. A summa cum laude graduate, "Lonny" earned both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from Rutgers University, where she taught literature, business communication, and writing courses while completing her Ph.D. course work.
