Mr. Martin has more than 30 years of experience in contract administration and negotiations and is a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Fellow. A Certified International Professional Negotiator (CIPN), Ken currently holds the NCMA office of Functional Director-Legal. In addition, he is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Aerospace Industries Association Legal Committee. His bar admissions include the US Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the US District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ken received his BS degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law.
